Unlike traditional planners who focus heavily on design and full-service planning, we focus on execution, making sure every vendor shows up, every detail gets handled, and your guests are taken care of with professionalism and care.

  • We do not offer full-service wedding planning. Instead, we provide wedding coordination and support services, ideal for couples who’ve already planned most of their day but need a trusted team to step in and make it all happen. From timeline management to vendor communication, we ensure your plans are executed seamlessly.

  • Yes! We’re happy to assist with decor setup based on your existing design. Whether it's placing centerpieces, styling your ceremony arch, or setting up custom installations like drink walls or signage, our team ensures everything looks polished and intentional, just the way you envisioned it.

  • Yes! We help manage vendor contracts and timelines to make sure nothing falls through the cracks. From confirming services to coordinating arrival times and reviewing agreements, we act as your liaison so you're not juggling multiple points of contact. We also use our trusted vendor network to help you find options that match your style and budget, saving you time, stress, and often, money.

  • As soon as you’ve secured your venue and a date, we recommend reaching out! Our wedding coordination and support services often book out several months in advance, especially during peak seasons. Booking early gives us plenty of time to understand your vision and support your day effectively.

  • A wedding planner typically works with you from the beginning to help design, budget, and plan the entire wedding. A coordinator (like us!) steps in closer to the event, usually 1–3 months out, to help finalize logistics, confirm vendors, create your timeline, and manage the day-of execution. We’re the ones making sure your months of planning go off without a hitch.

  • No problem! Many of our clients don’t have a wedding planner. We’re experienced in stepping into that “right-hand role” when it comes to execution. While we don’t design or source elements like a planner would, we’re here to support your vision, coordinate vendors, manage your timeline, and keep everything flowing on the day of.
